Judge Hardt tells jurors there's no answer to 1. bc it's their job to determine the facts and 2. that there is no legal definition.

Jury finds Miles not guilty of leaving the scene of crash. But finds him guilty of DUI manslaughter, 1 count of DUI w/ serious bodily injury
